We used two stage 95% Efficient furnaces in every unit to ensure your comfort and cost savings. This means that if your space doesn't heat up within 5 minutes an additional burner kicks on and the fan goes higher.

Yup, that's right! You can control the temperature in your apartment and you don't even have to get out of bed!

We used all LED light bulbs. Not only are they energy efficient but changing a light bulb is a thing of the past!

Brand new windows! These windows are developed and manufactured in Toronto, Canada; nestled between Lake Erie, Lake Ontario and Lake Huron where cold takes on a whole new meaning!

Every unit has 1/2  the electrical power as a standard home, but don't worry, we did this on purpose! You'll have ALL the power you need without paying for too much. You're welcome!

Bottled water? Not at Saint Paul's. We made sure every fridge has a water dispenser, so by simply keeping the carbon filter fresh your water will be as pure as it gets! It's green, and great for you. Cheers.

We added occupancy sensors everywhere we possibly could, so don't be surprised when lights throughout the building turn on and off automatically.
